Associated Healthcare Systems of Brentwood has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, according to court documents.

The company, at 214 Overlook Court in Brentwood, is led by president and CEO Ron Turner.

According to the bankruptcy filing, the company has between $1 and $10 million in assets as well as between $1 and $10 million in debts.

Debtors include Norton Hospitals Inc. of Kentucky, which recently secured a court order against Associated Healthcare for enforcing a $1.2 million judgment.
