East Nashville eats

Solomon Builders is finishing out space at 5th & Main for Allium, a restaurant from the owners of Germantown Café. The permit is valued at $203,654. Allium will be neighbors of Otter’s Chicken Tenders, the Nashville-based chain’s third location.

Nissan dealer

Carden Co is constructing a 51,681-square-foot building at 25 Vantage Way that will serve as the new location for Downtown Nashville Nissan. The permit for the building on MetroCenter is valued at $5.4 million.

Policy work

DWC Construction is rehabbing 16,224 square feet in 220 Athens Way for Policy Studies Inc., a company that provides outsourcing services for the health and human services industry. The permit is valued at $169,000.

Car wash

Karr Construction Co. is constructing an automatic car wash at 306 White Bridge Pike. The permit is valued at $257,946.

Rhythm finish

Choate Construction pulled the permits for finishing out units at Rhythm at Music Row, a condominium tower at 1510 Demonbreun St. Permits ranged in valued from $32,000 to nearly $60,000.
