Loveless Hannah

Hannah Co. is building a 11,000-square-foot Loveless Café event hall next to the restaurant on Highway 100.

The permit is valued at $1.2 million.

Maybe it’s related to the filming on the new “Hannah Montana” movie since TomKats Catering, owned by Tom Morales who owns Loveless, is doing the catering for the set here.

Fellowship building

King Builders is constructing a building that will serve as the fellowship hall for Bethel Church of Christ at 7815 Whites Creek Pike.

The permit is valued at $221,695.

Breen offices

Solomon Builders is finishing out a suite at 3811 Bedford Ave. for The Breen Agency, a firm that represents musicians, comedians and worship leaders.

The work is valued at $125,000.

Vandy’s Army/Navy

Harvest Construction is rehabbing some space in Vanderbilt University’s Bill Wilkerson Building for

the Army/Navy Reserve Officer Training Cadet program.

The permit is valued at $152,548.

Downtown Kettle

Superior Inc. is rehabbing a building a 94 Peabody St. for Copper Kettle.

That was the location for Sole Mio before it moved into a new building near the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

The Kettle is across from David Lipscomb University now.

The permit for the downtown space is valued at $300,000.
