More Centex townhomes in Antioch

Fresh off announcing its recent merger with Pulte, Centex Homes is chugging ahead with its Provincetown Townhouse development in Antioch. The company recently pulled permits for five single-family structures, each around 1,200 square feet. This round of construction is valued at $590,000.

Concentra space off downtown loop

The Hannah Co. has pulled permits for the finish out office space for Concentra Urgent Care at 315 14th Ave. N. The construction is valued at $505,909.

Credit union growing in Donelson

Construction will soon begin on a MPD Community Credit Union located at 2711 Old Lebanon Pike, near Donelson Plaza. The structure will include a drive-thru. The work is valued at $407,356 and will be handled by Wellspring Builders Inc.

Space for the feds at BNA

More than $320,000 is going into the renovation of a 38,000-square-foot space at Nashville International Airport. The space, located in Concourse D, is for a Federal Inspection Services facility. Morgan Homes Inc. is handling the work.

Taps, tapas set for the Village

Permits have been pulled for the renovation of an address on Belcourt Avenue in the Hillsboro Village for a new restaurant, Taps and Tapas. The construction includes a 220-square-foot addition to the structure. The work is valued at $300,000 and is being done by Fry Classic Construction.

Two more airport projects

Mark IV Enterprises has pulled permits for the renovation of 650 square feet of space on the first floor of the International Plaza II building near the airport. The space will house Suzie's Expresso. The work is valued at $170,000. And in another BNA project, the Tennessee Department of Transportation is putting $112,000 toward maintenance work at its airport operation. The work is being handled by Wellspring Builders and includes roof and floor instillations.
