More Mur-Ci facilities

Modern Construction Corp. is building four assisted-living facilities on Baby Ruth Lane in Hickory Hollow for nonprofit Mur-Ci Homes. The buildings — eight-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot structures designed for mentally and physically handicapped residents — are worth a combined $3.6 million.

Rhythmic finishes

Choate Construction Co. has pulled permits to finish 30 units at the Rhythm at Music Row condominium tower. The permits total almost $1.3 million.

Nolensville bank branch

Carden Co. is building a branch for Fifth Third Bank at 5820 Nolensville Pike, just south of Old Hickory Boulevard. The permit is valued at $556,000.

General Industrial growth

Richard Binkley has pulled a permit to build a warehouse addition to General Industrial Supply’s facilities on Lebanon Pike. The 7,200-square-foot project is valued at $533,000.

Water station addition

Metro Water is adding a small electrical building to its Ravenwood pumping station off McGavock Pike. Dreamscape Builders is handling the job, which is worth $448,000.

Vought expansion

Carter Group LLC is building a 2,800-square-foot addition to Vought Aircraft Industries’ plant on Vultee Boulevard. The project is valued at almost $228,000.
