Tennessee Department of Revenue, bimonthly new business workshop, 9 a.m.-12:45 p.m., at the department's Murfreesboro Road office, 1321 Murfreesboro Road in Nashville. This free workshop is designed to assist those encountering business-related taxes for the first time. Tax specialists from various local and state agencies will provide the basic information needed to comply with registration and tax requirements. Call 532-4975 to register for the program.
