Ryman joins Reliant Bank as senior VP

Reliant Bank, Williamson County's newest community bank, has appointed Mark Ryman senior vice president of commercial lending.

A community and regional banking veteran, Ryman has nearly 20 years of commercial lending and branch management experience. He previously held positions as vice president of commercial lending for BancorpSouth (formerly Premier Bank of Brentwood) and The Bank of Nashville. Ryman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Tennessee Technological.

Southwind Health Partners grows management team

Southwind Health Partners, the Nashville-based physician practice management firm, is growing its executive management team to meet growing demand for its long-term management, interim management and consulting services.

Brennan joins Skyline Medical Center

Barbara Brennan will join Skyline Medical Center as chief nursing officer. Brennan has been vice president of clinical services for Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin since 1992.

Prior to joining Sumner Regional, Brennan was vice president of nursing for Baptist Hospital for six years. Brennan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Master of Science degree in nursing administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Peter Kindrachuk has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Southwind Health Partners and Margaret Hoban has been appointed executive vice president. John Deane, Southwind's founder, will continue to hold the title of chief executive officer.

Kindrachuk joined Southwind in March 2004 as executive vice president and COO. Hoban joined Southwind in June 2001 as a director. Under Kindrachuk's leadership, Southwind has recruited nine of its current 15 executives and staff and played a major role in facilitating the company's growth.

Randy Gott, formerly with Cejka Consulting of St. Louis, has joined Southwind Health Partners to head the firm's physician manpower planning services and to augment the firm's physician compensation planning expertise. Gott has more than 16 years of experience in the fields of physician services, physician compensation, medical staff development planning and recruitment.

Rosemon Martin has joined Southwind Health Partners as director, Southwind Revenue Cycle Solutions. Previously, Martin served in progressively responsible roles leading to director at The Warren Clinic, a 150-physician multi-specialty group practice sponsored by Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Okla.

Rocketown names Westbrook executive director

Stephen Westbrook has been selected as executive director of Rocketown of Middle Tennessee.

Westbrook earned his bachelor's degree in business/accounting in 1987 and his CPA license in 1991. His experience in the nonprofit management and accounting fields includes 10 years as the chief financial officer for a large children's residential facility in Pennsylvania; serving on a national financial managers' association board; and graduating from the Faith-Based Leadership Institute.

Yochem joins First Citizens Bank

Carol Yochem has joined First Citizens Bank as executive vice president and manager of wealth management services. In her new position, Yochem will lead a team of nearly 300 wealth management professionals.

Yochem has 24 years of financial services experience, most recently as executive vice president of wealth management for SunTrust Bank in Nashville. During her 18-year career with SunTrust, she also held positions in the private capital and corporate banking units. Yochem is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

Drescher & Sharp adds Martin

Drescher & Sharp P.C. announces the addition of attorney Sean J. Martin to its practice. Martin practices in the areas of criminal law, family law and civil litigation.

Martin received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Subsequent to that, he served as clerk for the Honorable Marietta Shipley, judge of the Second Circuit Court for Davidson County, where he assisted with dozens of bench and jury trials. Martin was most recently a litigation associate with Cornelius & Collins LLP in Nashville.
