Datrek Miller adds Frapart as chief financial officer

Datrek Miller International Inc., a supplier of products and value-added services to the golf industry, has hired Randall J. Frapart as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Frapart will be responsible for all financial functions of DMI including accounting, treasury, risk management and investor relations.

Prior to joining DMI, Frapart was CFO at HyperFeed Technologies Inc., a market leading technology company based in Chicago. His other experience includes executive, financial and operational positions with Cyvent Technologies, Business Logic Holding Co. and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Frapart holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.

Reed joins SunTrust commercial line of business

SunTrust Bank has announced the hiring of Ben Reed as assistant vice president and senior portfolio specialist.

Reed brings more than eight years of banking experience to SunTrust, with a background including credit analysis and risk management.

Reed will be based in Nashville and work with the dealer finance and corporate banking teams within the commercial line of business.

Reed received his B.A. from Loyola University and an M.B.A in finance from the University of New Orleans.

Hargrove named manager at First Tennessee

Lane Hargrove has been named manager of First Tennessee's financial center located on Cason Lane in Murfreesboro.

With 17 years of banking experience, Hargrove has held positions as a financial services representative with First Tennessee and also as a personal banker at Vectra Bank in Colorado. As manager of the Cason Lane financial center, Hargrove will oversee directing sales and service efforts for consumer and business-related products including investments, insurance, consumer loans and deposit products.

Hargrove holds a bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Southwestern Investment Services names Adams vice president

Southwestern Investment Services Inc., a branch of Raymond James Financial Services Inc., has announced the promotion of David Adams to vice president.

Adams will play a key role in business development and marketing for the firm as well as handle the operations of the company's Cool Springs office.

Prior to accepting the position of vice president, he served as a financial advisor for the company, consulting a clientele on various financial issues including professional money management and tax reduction strategies.

Adams worked as a financial auditor for FedEx and a senior consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP before joining Southwestern. He holds a degree in business administration in accounting and finance from the University of Memphis' Fogelman College of Business and Economics, from which he graduated with honors.

Wildhorse Saloon names Wiley marketing manager

The Wildhorse Saloon has announced Sarah Wiley has joined the staff as marketing manager.

Wiley, who holds a B.A. in marketing from Anderson University, is from Indiana where she was employed as marketing director for Preferred Inc., an industrial painting and flooring company. A former Miss Indiana (2004) and Miss America delegate, Wiley has an extensive background in the area of performance and entertainment.

In her marketing role with the Wildhorse Saloon, Wiley will be responsible for day-to-day marketing strategies and campaigns, developing and executing general advertising, promotional plans and public relations initiatives for the venue and assigned products. Her focus will spotlight attendance, revenue, and market exposure.
