Miles facility gets go-ahead

Miles Cars LLC has received Franklin Planning Commission approval to build a $3 million center for cleaning, accessorizing and customizing automobiles.

Miles will begin construction on the 10,000-square-foot facility, to be located at 100 Market Exchange Court at Bakers Bridge Avenue in Cool Springs, in April. Completion is slated for the fall.

Nashville-based Tuck Hinton Architects is designing the auto-spa, which will be the first of its kind in Tennessee.
