More than enough sidewalk

A few nights ago, I dreamt of a sidewalk-efficient Nashville.

In deep slumber, I subconsciously envisioned the Metro Public Works Department publicly announcing it would institute an efficient and progressive 25-year program involving the installation of a sidewalk on one side of every sidewalk-/curb-lacking street within a five-mile radius of downtown Nashville.
