Diversified Trust hires VP
Diversified Trust has hired Jennifer L. Callaway as vice president and trust administration manager.
Callaway will serve as a member of the corporate operations team, working closely with the company’s general counsel and senior fiduciary officer and acting as a resource to each office’s trust specialist. She will be responsible for training company personnel regarding these processes and procedures.
Previously, Callaway served as vice president and trust officer with Cumberland Trust & Investment Company. Prior to that, she was vice president and trust officer for Independence Trust Company and also served as an attorney with Nashville-based Stewart, Estes & Donnell, focusing her practice on civil defense litigation.
“Jennifer is a proven leader in our industry,” John Seckman, Diversified Trust president and COO, said in a release. “As a licensed attorney, her legal experience in trust and estate planning will be an immediate asset to clients across our footprint.”
Callaway received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Wooster and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. She is currently licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Nashville.
Diversified Trust, with more than $5 billion in client assets, is an employee-owned wealth management and financial advisory firm with offices in Atlanta, Greensboro, Memphis and Nashville.
Hardaway adds Scheide
Hardaway Construction Corp. has hired Christopher J. Scheide as a project manager.
A University of Central Florida graduate with a B.S. degree in business management, Scheide brings more than 10 years of construction industry experience in estimating and project management. Previously, he worked at Double R Construction.
“When making the hiring decision between candidates, Chris’ experience in project estimating stood out,” Stan Hardaway, company president, said in a release.
“We require our project managers to be skilled estimators so they can guide a building project toward budget conformance from an initial estimate during the preconstruction phase through the completion of construction. We are excited about bringing Chris on board to assist us with our increasing workload of construction projects.”
Metova hires sales coordinator, developers
Custom mobile app development firm Metova has hired Chris Wraley as sales coordinator.
Wraley previously worked as a teacher with the Teach for America program. He has also served as a campus representative for The Princeton Review, experience leader for Boosterthon Enterprises and community relations coordinator for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
Wraley holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University.
“Chris brings a great deal of experience in sales, marketing and leadership to Metova,” said Dave McAllister, company president. “He has accomplished a lot in the last few years, and we look forward to the contributions he will make at Metova.”
In addition, Metova has added Shaun Brasington, Phanit Pollavith, Nick Redfoot, Ryan Dunnewold, Bradley Smith, Justin Eisenhauer, Michael Cole and Bo Malone as developers.
