Southeastern Telecom chosen as Symphony Center's provider

The Nashville Symphony will not be the only thing operating in perfect tune when the Schermerhorn Symphony Center opens in September of 2006.

The downtown symphony hall, currently under construction, also will be outfitted with a state-of-the-art IP-based telecommunications system. The symphony and Southeastern Telecom Inc. have agreed upon a three-year contract to have the latter design and monitor the system. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
