With 10 days to go, lawmakers still deadlocked on state budget

The state General Assembly remained deadlocked for a second day Wednesday, with no budget plan being proposed for a vote.

The conference committee of revenue was to reconvene at 2 p.m. today but no tax plan appeared to have enough votes to go forward.
