North Precinct Commander Terrence Graves was hit by an alleged drunken driver while Graves was driving in his unmarked police vehicle early Friday morning.
Graves was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Dr. D.B. Todd Boulevard and Jackson Street when a car driven by 20-year-old Oona Doyle struck Graves’ vehicle from behind, according to a statement from the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Graves was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was treated and released. An open bottle of Bloody Mary mix was found inside Doyle’s car. She was unsteady on her feet, according to police.
Doyle, who was charged with driving under the influence and underage drinking, is free on $9,000 bond.
When this is all over the poor girl will receive the same sentence as a serial hatchet killer.
Hey Raspy,
Drunk drivers kill people just as serial hatchet killers do.\\
Miss Doyle, since you will not have a license and your wallet will be much lighter please consider my offer to feed, clothe and shelter you (wink).
For the record, Bloody Mary Mix contains NO alcohol.
I always drank it out of the bottle straight...called, The Back Nine or something like that.
Tenn. law makes a person get a blood test (BAC) or take a Breathalyzer...ON THE SPOT.
Now, if she had an empty bottle of vodka that would be more incriminating.
Some tobasco and horse radish, stalk of celery....
In any case, she's up a creek w/o a paddle.
Sad, at 20.
Bellevue........The difference between a hatchet murderer and some caught as a DWI is the hatchet murderer is not convicted untll he or she kills someone. With a DWI you are convicted for having a hatchet.
