The Metro Nashville Police Department charged Nicholas Griffin, 20, with criminal homicide in connection with the Oct. 26 shooting death of Yellow Cab driver Henry Moore.

Police developed Griffin as a possible suspect early in the investigation. He was located on Wednesday and, according to police, eventually acknowledged his involvement in the murder, which he said came during a robbery.

Moore, 69, was shot in the 1500 block of 10th Avenue North before he accelerated his car and crashed in the intersection of 10th Avenue North and Garfield Street.

The investigation into the murder remains active and police anticipate additional arrests.

This dude is ever sooo lucky I am not the judge, jury and hangman....As my parents before me, I believe in eye for an eye....If you kill someone by stabbing them in the face 20 times...then so shall YOU die!! This dude should not only get the death penalty, but to die the same way his victim died!!!
