Bill cuts benefits of UT presidents

State Sen. Steve Cohen has presented legislation that would strip two former University of Tennessee presidents of their free automobiles paid for by the school and a portion of their position pay.

The bill, which Cohen says is in response to annual hikes in tuition rates and this past summer
