The saddest thing in life is a missed opportunity.

Just ask the Nashville Kats who missed more than their share of opportunities Sunday afternoon to beat the Orlando Predators for the second time this season. Instead, the Predators took advantage of early mistakes by the Kats to pick up their first victory of the season with a 34-30 decision. The Predators are 1-4 while the Kats, who lost their second road game, fell to 3-2.

Kats coach Pat Sperduto said the problems experienced by the Kats against Orlando were similar to the ones that cost them a game at Tampa Bay earlier this season
