The driver of a Metropolitan Nashville Public School bus will be reinstated following an investigation regarding an alleged sexual assault on her bus Oct. 6.
The driver, Danielle Beach, was placed on administrative leave after school officials learned that a special education student at J.T. Moore Middle School had been the victim of an alleged sexual assault while riding her bus.
Ralph Thompson, assistant superintendent of Student Services for the district, said the driver will have a 90-day probationary period and will be checked periodically.
