Charges against former death-row inmate House are dropped

A prosecutor Tuesday morning dismissed murder charges against former death-row inmate Paul Gregory House.

Eighth Judicial District Attorney General Paul Phillips told Senior Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood at a hearing in Union County Circuit Court that "new evidence raises a reasonable doubt that (House) acted alone."
