Coaches react to TSSAA Supreme Court decision

The long-awaited conclusion of the Brentwood Academy versus Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA), Case 99-901, has been reached in favor of the academy.

The 5-4 Supreme Court verdict gives Brentwood Academy the right to sue the TSSAA in a dispute over recruiting violations. The ruling stated that state high school athletic associations could be sued for violating members
