A coalition comprised of Metro School Board members, principals, spiritual advisors, Metro Council members and community leaders met recently to begin developing what they hope will be a prototype for a parent support network for Nashville schools.

Initially, the focus will be on part of the Stratford cluster, said the Rev. Andrew Stephens, pastor of the Village Church. The schools involved are Warner Elementary, Lockeland Middle School, Kirkpatrick Elementary and East Nashville Middle School.
