Metro police said Thursday they have turned their investigation in the bar fight that allegedly involved Tennessee Titan Kenny Britt over to the district attorney’s office for review.
To date, no charges have been filed against anyone in the early morning fight in the Karma Lounge on Oct. 22. Police said they interviewed, and in some cases re-interviewed, more than a dozen people during the investigation.
The investigation started when Harold Pointer, 29, who was at the bar drinking, claimed Bradford Miser, 26, approached him and punched him in the face at 1:45 a.m. The two went to the ground, and Britt allegedly hit Pointer.
The district attorney’s office will decide what, if any, further action will come.
