Biggers, Janis Ann

COLUMBIA - Janis Ann Biggers, 47, died Dec. 4, 2003. She was an employee of D.C. Investments. She was the daughter of Minnie Ruth and the late Erskin Carlton Hargove. Survivors include her sons, Kurston Jerord and Rickey Darnell Biggers Jr.; sister, Gail (Charles) Tate; niece, Shelby (Brewster) Pate; nephew, Shane (Katy) Tate; and her beloved dog, Pepper. Visitation with the family will be held from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brentwood Baptist Church, 7777 Concord Road, Brentwood, with the Rev. "Coach" John Patton officiating. At her request, the family encourages colorful attire. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to Hospice of The Highland Rim, 2014 Elmer Pogue Drive, Suite A, Columbia, Tenn., 38401. NASHVILLE - James Buchanan Campbell, 84, died Dec. 4, 2003. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Washington and Agnes Waterston Campbell; brothers, George W. Campbell Jr., Archie Lee Campbell and Billy Campbell; and sisters, Almeda Wilson, Thelma Cannon and Tricy Ennis. Survivors include his sons, James B. Campbell Jr. and William J. NASHVILLE - Wayne Davis Sr., 50, died Dec. 3, 2003. SARASOTA, Fla./LEBANON - Elizabeth Blair Foster died Nov. 25, 2003, at Sarasota Nursing Home. She was a native of Wilson County, the daughter of the late Ed and Ida Rose Blair. She served as an elementary school teacher for 35 years and was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Raymond L. Foster; daughter, Betty Rae Albers of Sarasota; granddaughters, Amy Albers (Michael) Perlman of Nanuet, N.Y., Heidi Albers (Clay) Johnson of Washington; and Taya Albers (Kevin) Carman of Atlanta; and five grandchildren, Blair and Shelby Perlman, Nate and Milo Albers; and Jasper Carman. Interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Lebanon.
