Christian Gutierrez, a 20-year-old Davidson County Jail inmate, was charged Wednesday with criminal homicide for the shooting death of a Hermitage woman four years ago.

Melissa Ann Tyler Ramirez, 24, was found by a family friend, on the morning of Feb. 9, 2009, in her home on Hunting Drive. The investigation over the course of two years led police to believe that Gutierrez and Elias Olea, 21, were responsible for Ramirez’s death.

Detectives obtained petitions charging both Gutierrez and Olea with criminal homicide in Juvenile Court because they were minors at the time Ramirez was killed.

Gutierrez is in jail in lieu of a $1.56 million bond on charges alleging he killed 25-year-old Henry Harrison, also known as Jesse Perez, who was fatally wounded while walking on Lutie Street in October 2010.

He is also charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting a 15-year-old rival gang member outside a Murfreesboro Pike McDonald’s on the afternoon of July 27, 2011.

Gutierrez was taken into custody later that night at a home on Winthorne Drive and has been in jail since.

Olea is at large and is thought to be in Mexico.

I wonder if the punkazz gangbanger will have the same smirk when his jail picture is taken for his 40th anniversary of incarceration?

Instead of contributing more of my hard earned money into a vacation, my money now gores to paying for this punk. I can't wait until criminals literally "pay their debt to society" in cash.
