Travis Sohns, 23, of Franklin, surrendered to Metro Police on Tuesday afternoon.

Police believe he is the man responsible for driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck in an elderly woman's home last Wednesday during heavy rain.

Sohns allegedly drove off after the 10 p.m. which police said caused substantial damage to 97-year-old Gladys McCullough's home on Long Boulevard.

Sohns was issued a misdemeanor citation for failing to notify police.

Same comment, and I am speculating driver may have been hiding something at the time (driving with alcohol or some influence). Grow some responsibility, Travis. Obama can't save you from everything.
