Adrian J. Gilliam Jr., 33, the convicted felon accused on selling the gun used to kill former Titans quarterback Steve McNair, is expected to appear in U.S. District Court today.

Gilliam, who told police he sold the 9-mm handgun to Sahel "Jenny" Kazemi two days before she shot McNair, was indicted in late July on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Police have indicated that the transaction was not illegal, but the possession offense is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

Gilliam had been out of prison seven years since serving time in Florida for 1993 conviction on murder and attempted robbery charges.

Hang this jacka@@ by his toenails. Had he not sold the gun to a distraught "Jenny", she may have cooled off. He'll probably get 5 years, out in 3.
But, I'm sure he learned his lesson this time. NOT!
