Harding gains ally

Harding Academy is not the only group fighting the boundaries of the proposed conservation zoning overlay district in the Belle Meade Links Triangle neighborhood, which will be presented in the public hearing in the Metro Council today.

Several residents on Westover Drive are asking that their street be exempt from the overlay because they feel the properties on Westover Drive differ in character and lot size from the homes on Blackburn Avenue, Windsor Drive and Pembroke Avenue.
