A Davidson County grand jury indicted two men in connection with the March 28, 2008, murder of Anton S. Irvin, 23, in Hadley Park, Metro Police said.
Convicted felons Cameo Biggs, 22, and Jermichael Burgy, 23, who are already incarcerated on unrelated robbery charges, are charged with first-degree murder and facilitation of first-degree murder, respectively.
Metro Police say surveillance video showed Irvin, in his van, follow an older model Chevrolet Lumina into the park the morning of the murder. Witnesses who heard gunshots called police. Officers found Irvin outside his van with multiple gunshot wounds police said.
Good work, MNPD!
They are already in jail. Keep them there for the rest of their lives, which hopefully will be short and miserable.
Burgy had already been found guilty of felony weapon possession in the past.
Thank God they finally got them! We miss Anton sooo much! He is my boyfriends brother and we all just miss him so much! They need to be in jail for the rest of their lives.
my sincere condolances, Mrs. Irvin.
