Level playing field does not require leveling hills

There is perhaps nothing more heart-wrenching than a child on the sidelines, excluded by disability, but longing to play.

One of the most generous-spirited and loving ideas to come along is that of boundless playgrounds, public areas designed for kids whose physical or mental disabilities limit their access and mobility in traditional playgrounds.
