Christopher Lee, 26, was arrested Wednesday for his alleged involvement in a shooting last December.
The shooting occurred on Dec. 22, 2012, when Lee and Arbrey Sowell, who was arrested in February, drove to a Pine Ridge Drive home to buy marijuana from Carlton Sanders Jr., according to a police affidavit.
Sanders got in the back seat of the car to complete the transaction. Lee then pulled out a silver handgun and demanded that Sanders, “come off of everything,” according to the report.
Sanders refused, and Lee allegedly shot him in the hand. An unidentified backseat passenger then took Sanders’ wallet and the marijuana. Sanders opened the door to get away and was shot again in the left thigh.
Lee and Sowell are both charged with aggravated robbery and attempted first-degree murder.
Lee is scheduled for arraignment on May 29. Sowell has a case discussion date on June 5
