Marathon Village owner Barry Walker has gotten an extension to fix code violations at his aging property.

Walker could be shut down because of 22 code violations and several citations from Metro Fire and Code departments.

Marathon Village is an old car factory building located on Clinton Street in the Downtown Nashville area. Walker wants to restore the run-down buildings by creating studios, similar to those of New York City
