Metro Schools substitute teacher has lengthy criminal background

When Duane Moore began working as a substitute teacher in Metro Nashville Public Schools in 2000 he already had a criminal record. But he kept getting called until last week.

Now, Moore is under investigation for drug and weapons charges stemming from a search of his home Dec. 22. And if convicted, according to Metro Schools
