Metro student quilts warm freed slaves from India

Handcrafted quilts designed by H.G. Hill Middle School fifth graders are on their way to India this week with a message of hope to children just freed from slavery.

Some children were stolen. Others were sold by their parents for less money than many Americans earn for a day
