Neighborhood leaders meet to begin planning power loop

The third and final phase of the Nashville Electric Service Central Power Loop will soon begin with input from a recently assembled citizens advisory committee.

The committee of 21 community leaders met for the first time Thursday to hear presentations from officials representing NES and Burns & McDonnell, the engineering firm handling the project.
