The Normandy Circle Apartment complex has been sold and will be torn down to make way for a new town house project.

Bill Hostettler, co-owner of Hostettler, Neuhoff & Davis, said the purchase of the property was finalized this week, and his company plans to rebuild 50 duplexes on the property.

He said the cottage-like town houses will start selling for $119,000.

Hostettler met with members of Sylvan Heights Neighborhood Association to introduce the project to them.

According to Neighborhood Association President Karen Swingly, Hostettler told the association he was open to hearing from neighbors and answering any questions.
