'The Heiress' at Lipscomb April 19-22

The Lipscomb University drama department will present The Heiress at 7:30 p.m. April 19-22 in Arena Theatre, located at 3901 Granny White Pike, Nashville.

Admission is free. Performances are open to the public. No tickets or reservations required, but seating will be limited.

The Heiress was first produced on Broadway in 1947. Set in the most affluent section of 1850 New York City, The Heiress is the story of Dr. Austin Sloper and his plain daughter, Catherine. When a handsome young man begins courting Catherine, Dr. Sloper becomes suspicious of the young man
