Fugitive officers Friday tracked down a man indicted on first-degree murder for the shooting death last April of Miguel Tobias, 31.
A Metro police fugitive officer and members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Trevoris Maples, 25, at a home on 11th Avenue North.
Police also charged Maples with violating his parole following a 2008 felony cocaine conviction.
In addition, Brian Elliott, 32, was arrested earlier this month in connection to Tobias’ murder.
