Metro Police need the public's help in identifying the man and woman connected to Tuesday night's robbery of Country Inn & Suites at 1001 Bell Road.

Both suspects entered the hotel separately to inquire about rooms, police said. The man returned later and allegedly robbed the clerk at gunpoint at 9:30 p.m. They may have fled in a 4-door green or dark colored car.

Police described the first suspect as a black male about 6-foot-1 who weighs 180 pounds. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black knit cap, dark sunglasses, a white T-shirt and black shorts. The second suspect was described as a black female wearing a gold halter-top and black pants.

Anyone who has information concerning this crime is urged to contact South Precinct detectives at 862-7763 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
