Joshua P. Elliott, 26, is named in arrest warrants charging auto burglary and theft after police learned he tried to cash a victim’s check, police said.

Johnathan Lee Smith, 18, is named in an arrest warrant charging auto burglary after forensic evidence linked him to the crime scene.

Elliott, Smith, and two unidentified suspects were photographed by a Wal-Mart surveillance system as they attempted to use a victim’s credit card to get cash from an ATM machine.
