Playing a good game is usually not enough against the Detroit Red Wings.
The Nashville Predators found that out Thursday night as a couple of defensive errors helped the Red Wings take a 4-2 victory at the Gaylord Entertainment Center.
Detroit left wing Brendan Shanahan and center Jason Williams each scored third-period goals to ice the game. It was the fourth loss in a row for the Predators, who lost the last three games of their recent road trip.
