Riebeling letter defends stormwater fee

Metro Finance Director Richard Riebeling sent a letter to Metro Council on Tuesday defending the administration’s proposed stormwater fee and criticizing the alternate plan being considered by Metro Council.

Riebeling’s letter stated that Mayor Karl Dean’s proposal is fair and appropriate to address Nashville’s considerable stormwater infrastructure problem.
