Roundabout project will bring changes to Demonbreun Street

As construction of the Music City roundabout nears completion, an urban design overlay is in the works to help attract a mixture of businesses along Demonbreun Street.

The overlay aims to regulate building codes so that they would provide a comfortable, pedestrian-friendly environment, turning Demonbreun Street into a mixed-retail area linking Music Row, The Gulch development and Downtown Nashville.
