Isn't this out there in the "Beautiful and Tranquil" Bells Bend???Home of the area May Town wanted to develop??? I thought all those Scottsboro residents said May Town would bring in CRIME....Go figure! What a bunch of Hypocrites.

This is the first time I've ever posted. I usually think, "Does anyone really care what these uninformed people think?" But this is so lacking in any vestige of critical thinking that I just have to say something. Bells Bend and Scottsboro had far more important reasons than the possibility of crime to oppose this "New City" on agricultural land, as did the residents of the many other neighborhoods that would have been negatively affected. I followed their arguments closely and don't recall that crime was up there on the list. Is it really hypocrisy to say that Bells Bend is beautiful and tranquil just because one crime happens? Did they claim that there was NO crime?
