Sony/ATV loses trial on age discrimination

The third trial proved to be a charm for a former Music Row song plugger Thursday when he won a $3.8 million age discrimination lawsuit against Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

After hearing the unanimous jury verdict in Chancery Court, Dan Wilson appeared visibly shaken but relieved by the news
