Stratford trio to TSU

Stratford High standouts Riley Howard, Antonio Cunningham and Kevin Bledsoe will sign to play football for Tennessee State on signing day Wednesday. Howard, 5-10, 175 played cornerback/receiver, Cunningham, 5-8, 160, played strong safety/receiver and Bledsoe, 5-9, 172 was a cornerback/receiver. The trio helped lead Stratford to the region championship, an 11-2 record and the quarterfinals of the Class 4A playoffs before the Spartans lost to eventual state champ Hillsboro.
