The man wanted by Franklin Police in connection to a break-in Sunday at the Williamson County library surrendered to authorities Friday morning.
Thomas Anderson Jr., 52, of Franklin, was identified as a suspect in Columbia Avenue library branch break-in after viewing surveillance video from the night of the incident, police said.
Anderson has been booked into the Williamson County Jail, charged with two counts of burglary, vandalism over $10,000, theft over $500, and violation of probation.
A convicted felon, Anderson was on probation for a domestic violence. His bond has been set at $21,500.
