Metro policed picked up 10 men on charges of patronizing prostitution during a two-day sting this week along Dickerson Road.
The men were taken into custody after they approached a female undercover officer standing on the side of the street and made deals for sex in exchange for money.
One john, Oscar Rodriguez, 23, of Antioch, racked up additional charges when he allegedly ran from police. He is facing four counts of aggravated assault, unlawful weapon possession, felony evading arrest and driving without a license.
Police say Rodriguez ditched his car and took off on foot along Jones Avenue. As detectives were closing in, he allegedly pulled a pistol from his waistband and began running, pointing the gun at four officers. He ultimately dropped the gun and surrendered. No shots were fired by any of the parties.
