The Cancer Center of Vanderbilt-Ingram has acquired national accreditation status for its Bone Marrow Transplant Program.

This accomplishment means the program meets safety and quality requirements set by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Hematopoietic Cell Therapy (FAHCT). Since the beginning of FAHCT accreditation in 1997, 67 programs around the country have met approval.
