VinnyLinks opens doors to golf, education

In a former life, the new VinnyLinks course, which was unveiled at a grand opening Wednesday, was known as Riverview Golf Course.

It was on that course that Nashvillian Lou Graham cut his golfing teeth, hitting balls there at the age of 7. Graham went on to win the U.S. Open in 1975.

While there may or may not be another future U.S. Open winner on this course, the VinnyLinks strives to do for many children just what its predecessor did for Graham.
