BBQ event needs inspector

Imagine, if you will, entering a restaurant, ordering a meal and learning upon your food arriving that the establishment is not inspected by the Health Department. Would that make you feel a little queasy?

Well, hold on to your stomachs this coming Labor Day.

State Rep. Ben West got a bill through the General Assembly at the last minute this session exempting the giant Donelson Senior Center barbeque from health inspections.
